You can't. I would suggest a picture frame for the old drive. Otherwise
you can try selling it or use it a desk top (it's a normal IDE drive). I
plan to install it in a disk top.

No.... If you can find the part number of the plastic and the connector
assembly, you may be able to order them from IBM. IBM has a parts center
located near Denver (I think). They have an 800 number.
