Hello Everyone:
I just received my TP360cs yesterday, and I'm very happy with it (even
though it was a month late). Many thanks to all who responded to my
previous post on fax/modems; I'm waiting until about three weeks before
I leave the country before I buy it to get the lowest price.
Anyway, my first question is about the swapfile option in windows (which
I just saw mentioned a few posts ago). I swore by it on my old 386SX,
but on this machine, I was afraid it would invite hard disk access, and
thus lower battery life. Can someone set me straight? BTW, I have 8MB
RAM and a 170MB HD with plenty of room. Thanks in advance.
