Tape drive options for the Dock II

I would like to connect a tape drive to my Dock II to allow me
to back up my OS/2 system (Warp 3.0 with WIN-OS2). Most of the
QIC-120(250) type tape drives operate from the floppy drive controller.
Can a tape drive be connected to the external floppy drive connector
on the Dock II? Is anyone using an external SCSI tape drive with OS/2?
What software are you using?
