I'm with Robert. I don't mind the extra Unix traffic, although I have no use
for it myself, and I'd hate to miss out on any of the hardware & bios stuff.

the other problem with splitting it is that there are many posts that
are independent of OS, e.g.

mechanical problems
part numbers of upgrades
bios problems
etc.
