Hi

I am using a TP750C with an IBM high speed modem. After I have dialed a
number and got the connection, I keep hearing an annoying noise in the
TP speaker coming, I guess, from line disturbs. Setting the modem volume
to 0 from the terminal program does not seem to help (I have not tryed doing
it on the modem register, but the result should be the same).

Has anybody experienced the same and could help me how to solve it ?
