One day my trackpoint went out of control...would stay centered for an instant, then fly off to one side of the screen, and was next to useless. I got it back from EZ-Serv in 40 hours with a new keyboard and cap, as well as a new shell to repair the sticky latch I had called about a couple of months earlier. Quite a job.
