755cx keeps jumping out of suspend

Hiho.
My 755cx suddenly decided that it doesn't like the suspend state anymore.
When I give it the ole' Alt-F4, it suspends. After about two seconds it
decides to unsuspend itself.

I can't think of anything I did between when it worked and when it didn't.

I thought maybe a key was stuck or something, but ran the machine
diagnostics (which take a *long* time with 40 meg) and no problems
reported.

Any ideas?
