"...Has anyone else had any luck with getting Internet Phone from VocalTec or
any other "phone" application running on a 760CD while using the MWave
modem to log on to a PPP server?..."

been doing this on the 755cd since the first version of the product. i assume
the same problem follows to the 760: the mwave will overload if you try to run
audio while the modem is in use, so you need to either use a different modem,
or a different audio device. vocaltec makes a small 16-bit parallel port audio
device called the 'cat' that works great on the thinkpad. i think it's under
$100. ppp or slip has never seemed to make any difference.
