   I also have these three directories, but in the c:\thinkpad tools
directory, I only have the following tools:

"Create System Disks"
"Diskette Factory"
"Emergency Recovery Utility"

   Can you please tell me what tools you have in your c:\thinkpad tools
directory. I wonder if the tools on the 365X will work on the 365ED.
