Can't speak directly to the 560 but I use a Xircom combo card on a 365X. It
has connectors for 10baseT or Tbase2. I use the 10baseT which works
perfectly and the 28.8 modem works perfectly. I have not used them
simultaneously but it's theoretically possible. An additional nice feature
of the Xircom is digital protection.
