correction to activex 3.0 on 760CD/95 question

I sent out a message earlier that stated that I've been trying to
install and run a game called Diablo on a Thinkpad 760CD, running Win95.

I said that the game calls for ActiveX 3.0 which can be installed from
the Diablo CD-ROM. I've done that but the machine freezes up on a black
screen when I try to run the game. The manual indicates that I may have
to update display drivers but I can find no support at the IBM site or
at Microsoft.

What I meant was DirectX 3.0, not ActiveX 3.0. Sorry. Confused yet? I
am.

Anyone have any ideas?
