On a recent trip to Hong Kong, I picked up a Movie in VCD format. The
resulting playback under Win95 is very jerky, with pauses of about 1 second
between 2 seconds of playback.
My think pad is a 760ED with 32Mb Ram.
Any configuration assistance would be greatly appreciated.
