again: 701 Win95 16-bit MS-DOS colour problems (fwd)

Hi y'all,

I just put the new driver on my system, win95sp1, and
it _didn't_ solve the problem for me. I still get scrambled
displays when a DOS-box first opens.
I vaguely remember updating something pretty unconnected
to the display when it went away last time around, but I
believe that I already have all the fixes applied, so I
don't know where to go from here...
