CD-ROM suggestions

I am looking to get a CD-ROM for my TP701 and was wondering what
suggestions people had and what ones I should possibly avoid. I am
running Warp 3.0 now, but will VERY soon be moving to Warp 4.0. Any
advice appreciated... I am on a budget, so nothing about 10x units. I
basically want it for installing software, listening to music while I
travel, and reading some journals that are published on CD, so
incredible speed is not necessary.
