You can try calling PCs Compleat, which is now owned by CompUSA. I don't know if they're really cheaper,
but I think that their hold time is very minimal, so it's not like calling IBM's Boulder Parts Center, or Packard Bell
Tech Help (which takes HOURS to get on).
