i have a 365xd with a 10.4" tft and have been very happy with it.
while the size is smaller than i'd like (the bigger the better in
screens) i have yet to see a dstn that was even remotely tollerable.
but this is a personal choice with many opting for larger dstn over
tft. i haven't seen the 380 models yet but have played with a 760 and
was very disappointed with the keyboard.
the upshot is that you should make sure that you'll be happy with both
the screen and the keyboard before you buy---neither can be fixed if
you don't like them and both can make use difficult.
