Hi--I've got a 701 that's running dual-boot OS/2 and Windows 3.1, and
I'm think of replacing it with NT Workstation 4.0. The 701 has 16
megs ram....think it will be okay?
I've got some favorite dos programs--ProComm, XyWrite--that I want to
be able to run; also Win95 software like Microsoft Office 7. I'd
appreciate your advice (I'm interested in getting acquainted with NT).

P.S. The welcome message for this list says that there's a ThinkPad
500 list a virginia.edu--that list has been moved, and it's now on
my computer (about 200 subscribers). To subscribe send mail to
majordomo_at_andrsn.stanford.edu with the body message
subscribe tp-500 <your e-mail address>
Messages to the list would go to tp-500_at_andrsn.stanford.edu.
I'd appreciate it if the list owner would change the welcome message,
as subscriptions sent to virginia.edu get forwarded to me and I have
to handle them by hand.
