Hi Jason,
I actually bought my 701CS from the IBM PC Factory Outlet and it was
refurbished. Apart from a monumuental mix-up getting the thing to me in the
first place, I haven't had any complaints. Mine has the sticker about the
used parts as well. I've been very happy with it and found EZServe to be
great as well.
