750c and IBM Home & Away PCMCIA Modem/network card

Hello,

        I just got a PCMCIA card but I can't get Win95 to recognize it. When
installing a modem the wizard says to install the card and nothing else
happens and I can't go any further. Am I missing the drivers? if so
where can I get them. (The IBM site doesn't have them, that I can find)
The 32 bit drivers for the slot are installed and win95 "sees" the slot
and that someting there but I can't get the modem to work...

P.S. anyone what the procedure is to intall extra memory chips??
