We've talked about this here before. Max refresh rates and max
non-interlaced resoltion are functions of *both* the card *and* the
monitor. Sometimes even video card version (i.e., the Hercules Stingray
PCI card can drive some monitors at hgher refresh rates than the VLB
model).
