Hi!! Looking forward to learning from this list.
We own a used 701C that we bought from a place called Half Priced Computers in
Dallas Tx. It had a multi-port adapter that has a broken hinge but usable.
It did not come with a floppy or CD Rom drive which initially made life
difficult until we were able to load our Zip Drive drivers onto the Thinkpad
so that we could copy our software programs onto the Thinkpad. We had to have
a friend upload the Zip drivers onto the net, then dowload them onto our
Thinkpad. After that, the machine has worked beautifully!!! It runs AOL
faster than our Pentium does!!!
