Being the owner of a HP Omnibook 800 a had to contact them a couple of
times, and each time it was a rather unpleasant experience. They run a
European Customer Support Center in the Netherlands and the people I have
spoken to knew next to nothing about the machine. This may be different in
the States but here in Europe they should take a lesson from IBM.
