By default, I believe that Pine only shows the "From:", "To:", "Cc:", and
"Subject:" lines in a message without attachments, but saving the mail
message into a file preserves all of the mail headers, not just the ones
that are usually shown, so that would be a way to reveal the
"desubscription" instructions.
