Take a look at IBM's online hardware manuals:

http://www.pc.ibm.com/us/cdt/hmm.html

Go to the 560 manual and click on "FRU removals and replacements."
There are pictures/descriptions on how to remove the frame and then
how to replace the hard drive.

This is a pretty good resource for anyone fiddling with their machines.
