I'm planning to buy a Thinkpad 770ED, but I've been told that only SCSI
hard drives are fast enough to capture video.

Since video capture and playback is the only reason why I've decided to
buy so expansive a machine, I was wondering if anyone experienced any
problem with video capture rate/quality on a 770.
