        Nah, the 560 and 560E use 70ns non-parity EDO SO-DIMMS, while the
560X models use faster RAM and IBM's tech support said there'd be
compatibility issues. Personally, I thought using the slower module
would just slow all the system RAM to the slower speed (70ns instead
of 60ns, in this case). The IBM guy seemed to feel this was a big
no-no, however.
        Anyway, I was planning to add a 32MB chip to the 560X when I get
it, since that's the "sweet spot" for the TX chipset, anyway. I don't
worry so much about performance with my cacheless P133, and the 64MB
chip only puts me 8MB over the limit, rather than 32MB on the X.
        Glad to know I can get the battery, anyway...
