A search facility would be really useful - but you could probably
achieve this by submitting all the pages to altavista and we could use
it to query the html files.

As some of you know, I have been sporadically maintaining an archive
of this list.
I updated the archive last night, so it is now reasonably up to date.
I have also converted the archive to HTML, so in addition to
downloading the archive by FTP, you can read it in your browser:
http://www.swiss.ai.mit.edu/~cph/thinkpad.html
Please note: I am copying the HTML files to the server right now. It
has finished copying 1994 and is working on 1995 at this moment. In
another hour or so it should be finished.
If you have questions or suggestions for the archive, please send me
mail. Please _don't_ suggest that I automate the process of updating
the archive -- I already know that this is a good thing and I am
making arrangements for it to happen, but it will take a while,
perhaps a couple of months.
