Hi Mike.
 I'm going through the same thing myself.
I want to put a IDE /ATAPI CD-ROM in a Dock I . I have contacted IBM
(via their Forum) a
few times.. I want the pinouts.
So far nothing ;-{ ... well actually they did respond, but were wrong. ;-{
Let me know if you find anything.
I intend to make my own cable.
