Actually, the current version of Norton AV doesn't include the IBM
technology yet. So nobody here really *needs* NAV ;-). As someone else
already said, IBM will still be providing updates thru the end of 1998, see
the www.av.ibm.com or symantec web sights for the details (like transition
plans and that Symantec will provide an OS/2 version) .

The plot thickens. How can we download updates from IBM if Symantec is
now the owner? Anyway, I already bought McAfee's scan... anybody know
how it compares with Norton?
