IBM drives are superior to toshiba drives..
don't try to confuse me with any disagreeable facts, they just ARE..!

the toshiba most likely WILL fit the 600, but, in the past, even though
the specs say they are the same, toshiba has, IN THE PAST, used the one
pair of address pins that is unused for something entirely different than
IBM does..
so, like the guy says, you pays your money and you takes your chances..
:-)
