These are B stock . And all that entails....(grin)
A 8-20X CD-ROM is also available for $150 . B stock.
Of course the $24 4X's from Bill are a MUCH better deal .

Yes.
The 760Cd is essentially based on a 486 chipset taken to the limit.
VL bus and a 2nd generation video chipset Trident 9320.
It has Video in and out support .

The 760XL is based on a very fast modern Pentium chipset (Intel MX ).
PCI bus and a 3rd gen video chipset trident 9385.. with too little memory
...sigh
It also has no Video in or out support.
