New TP380XD won't suspend with Win98

My new 380XD came loaded with Win95, and will suspend fine. But I loaded
Win98 in a separate partition and now, after installing some other software,
it will not suspend, just returns with a beep.

I'm thinking it must be some app that I've installed, but can't figure out
what it is.

Any ideas ?
