I own a 765D which has an integrated modem. I am interested in
purchasing a new 56K V.90 PC Card Modem (IBM part no. 10L7393).

However, when I looked at PC Zone's product description

it said:
  Not compatible with ThinkPad models with integrated modems

Does it mean I cannot disable the integrated modem and use the new
