I originally posted concerning a slowdown entering and recovering from
suspend when an Iomega ZIP was installed in the UtraBay of my 770.
I've noticed that my 770 isn't configured to do a test in Setup for ZIP;
though, it will test for the FDD 1, CD & DVD.

It may be that my machine was issued prior to the ZIP being an option.
So, I'm thinking this may suggest why it's taking the 770 so long to
deal with the ZIP being installed prior to suspending.

The Iomega ZIP functions perfectly otherwise to include the right-click
options for Iomega Tools. Hopefully, IBM will come out with a fix in the
next BIOS upgrade.

Any thoughts? TIA... John
