Is this covered under warranty?

Neither epoxy nor superglue will properly adhere to ABS composition plastics, from which most laptop cases are made. Faced with a
similar problem I've been recommended to use an ABS solvent adhesive, the 'best' apparently being IPS/Weld-On #1707.
(Unfortunately, I haven't yet found this brand at any hardware or plumbing-supply stores myself.) Since
many model airplanes are also apparently made of ABS plastic, I think
airplane model cement ought to hold, though the solvent cement would be a cleaner repair.

If and when I get around to trying to repair my 560's case with this stuff, I will post the results.
