Now that I've made the Sony 505 my primary system, I've be using my
IBM 560 as a dial-up server/answering machine/fax server. But I
occasionally need the outlet and since the 560 can last for about a
week in suspend mode I'd like to charge it ever few days and run from
the battery the rest of the time. The problem is that I can't get the
Thinkpad to wake up from suspend mode when the phone rings. I usually
see this option when a modem is installed on a laptop, but can't find
it anywhere now. Anyone making similar use of a Thinkpad without a
built-in modem that has some pointers?
