If they have all the relevant parts in stock, then they shouldn't spend more than a couple of hours on actual repair (they just swap
FRUs in and out until it works), so < 1 day including processing at their end. On the other hand, if swapping doesn't work, or they
don't have all parts around, it can take a substantial period of time. Then there's FedEx variability - they're the only shipper I
know that will deliberately stop a package if they think it is getting to the destination faster than specified for the rate class
chosen.
