Mmm, took a look at the ibm site again and found the W98 tips this time...
The power management window shown is not like the one I have...

Shows a multi-tab'ed window in Control Panel, Power Management. Mine has
just the four lower tabs. Nothing for suspend/hibernation and processor
speed? Do I have APCI or APM? Or both? In system devices there is a device
called A.. P.. M.., nothing about APCI.

More and more strange.
