i have never heard of such a claim leveled at fedex..
i have, in fact, had 2 day economy packages delivered the next day..
afternoon packages delivered in the morning..
and such like..
ALSO, they finally delivered a package to a fellow in South Carolina who had scrambled his zip code to a kansas zip code..
i have nothing but praise for fedex and their people..!!

UPS is another story..
