Never heard or read of that policy. The only problem of the ones I
experienced which could be called recurring would be one with the
internal microphone not functioning. It was on the blink 3 or 4 times
in the 3 year warranty period. The other problems were hardly ones
which caused me to demand a new machine, and with the speed of EZServ
repair, I was never really inconvenienced. I could imagine others in
different situations might be.

But congratulations on your magical transformation!
