Several of us on this list have enjoyed similar upgrades. Either 3 or 5 used to be IBM policy, though it might be that one had to
talk to customer service instead of Easy-Serve. Of course, if the machine being discussed is still in production, then the new
replacement would be the same model, not an upgrade.
