It certainly came out in an article on computer technology used by Fedex to
plan delivery routes that was in our paper recently -- syndicated surely --
to explain why you might see a delivery van more than once in your street.
Although the van might be carrying packages that were *not* "guaranteed
before 10:30" they would be kept on board for later delivery, after the
"befores" -- which is not to say that a van driver will not "do it his way"
to save a few steps <g>
