re. memory..
several manufacturers offer the 128meg part now..

most are priced at about $450 to $490..
IBM's offering is near the top, others are around $450..
Apricorn, Goldenram, IBM, et al..

note: Apricorn and goldenram have lifetime warranty, IBM has 3 years warranty..

the IBM parts are made by... (sounds of opening up a 770X) Hitachi..! :-)

the other two are made in the USA.. (of US and Non-US parts)
