Is this going to bother them? I mean it sounds like a stupid
question, since obviously they're going to be equipped to handle this,
but they took down my info about my Administrator password for NT, so
I figure they're hoping for your hard drive to be inside.
But then again, this is the first time I've ever sent a laptop for any
sort of repair. Anybody else do this? Just really anxious to get my
unit back by the end of the week.
Also, assuming they have said over the phone that they are replacing
the TFT, I'm not going to get my laptop back without a new TFT, am I?
I plan on showing them exactly where the bad ones are, but I'm
concerned that they might say "well... we didn't find anything wrong,
here's your unit back", in which case I'm going to be mad.
