     I installed NT4.0 on a 701C a couple of years ago. The 701C is
     actually "certified hardware" according to Microsoft. The
     appropriated drivers are on the NT disk. You'll also find sound
     drivers somewhere on it, too.

IBM has a NT 3.51 driver for the 701 at:
http://www.pc.ibm.com/qtechinfo/DSHY-3P4NTW.html
I don't know of 3.51 drivers work with NT 4.0
     
If they don't try the Chips&Tech reference drivers at:
http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/mobile/lst_548.htm
