2.1gig on 701and hibernation problem

Can someone tellme how to set upa 701C witha 2.1 gig, Win98 and the
Hibernation/suspend feature.

I've installed the fat32 of win 98 all on one partition but didn't setup
or get prompted to setup aother fat16 partition. If I need a fat16
partition, do I set it up all over (fdisk) from scratch or is there away
todo itwith something like PartitionIt?
