Diff between 600 266 vs. 300 mhz?

The price of the TP600 266 mhz is starting to get reasonable. It looks
like the big difference between it and the 300 mhz model is the 34 mhz and
1.1 gig of drive space.

Are there any other issues like longer battery life or things I should
consider that would make the 300 mhz model worth $800 more?
