i don't know if ez-serve in canada is the same or not..
the whole sale thing is supposed to be transparent to the customer..

the paint thing is something that took some arguing initially (and a bit
of inside help) to get resolved on some 770-1AU machines..

if they give an argument about the paint, refer them to the USA
operation where it should be well known now..
