It is easy,
it is the zone problem you have. Your DVD or DVD-file is not for europe.
So you have to buy an european DVD. Try one in a Video-shop and it will
work. Also you must have noticed, that the quality of the DVD in b&w is
not so good. The DVD-demo is also for US-only use.
Using TV as external screen had nothing with DVD zones so it works ;)
