Do you have access to a network file server or another PC with enough
disk space for your files? Easiest thing to do is copy the files via a
network card or a direct cable connection to the other PC, then swap
local disks and copy the files back.

Alternatively, a ZIP drive may work, although you'd need several ZIP
disks.
